The Instructors at the Premium Institute of Bartending have a combined experience of over 20 years of bartending. They have worked for, or currently work at, Night Clubs, Cruise Ships, Martini Bars, Restaurants, Sport Bars, and more. This allows you to learn from people that do what they teach.
In addition to your Bartending training, we offer job placement assistance, resume preparation, and interviewing skills training. Although we help you get employed, we feel it is better to teach you HOW TO GET A JOB, so you will be able to get employed no matter where you live or what you are doing. If you plan on moving, we will assist with Nationwide Job Placement. Again, the importance is not only getting you a bartending job, but showing you how to get one. Are students are VERY successful in finding employment immediately out of school. In Bartending, you can do it full time, part time, or even special events.
We, as owners of the school, are here at the school everyday. We make sure the Bartending Training is being delivered correctly and effectively. You graduate from The Premium Institute of Bartending with the comfort that the owner’s reputation is at stake, not just an employee of the company.
Bartending is about confidence and our students are required to complete a 2-hour externship before they graduate. That means we send you out to an actual bar to work. This allows you to serve drinks to the public, learn different Point of Sale systems, and most important, it gives you a BOOST of confidence that you are really ready to become a Bartender.
You can’t learn Bartending in a classroom or online. You have to get behind a bar with all the Bartending Supplies. The Premium institute of Bartending has a 26 ft fully functional bar that has 14 different types of glassware, ice, soda guns, juice pourers, shakers, strainers, jiggers, bar sinks, and over 200 liquor bottles. The environment at the Premium Institute of Bartending simulates a real bar. You will be making drinks while music is playing, disco lights flashing, and strobe lights flickering. You must learn Bartending in an environment in which you will be working.
Our History
Prior to opening our Dallas Bartender School, I attended other Bartending Schools to see what the experience was like and then used this information to make sure our Bartending School was the best Bartender School in Dallas.
We then talked to Bar and Restaurant owners to make sure we not only taught what students wanted, but what employers demanded. We don't just put you behind the bar and tell you to make drinks. Our instructors are with you for the entire program. You will be taught using a building block process to Bartending. You will start off with basic techniques and then progress into free pouring, speed building, and bar operations. We are constantly providing you with feedback so we can be assured that you are always aware of your progress. You are tested on the lessons daily to ensure you are on track. With this in mind, we focus on Quality Bartending Training that will give you life long skills. Don’t cut yourself short and settle on anything but the best. We work with each student to ensure they have all the skills necessary to get employment in a Bartending Career.

The Bartending School provides one-on-one training (if needed), free lifetime refresher courses, and we are open 7 days a week.
